刘克飞
特任副研究员
个人简介:刘克飞,中国科大苏州高等研究院特任副研究员。2006年在武汉大学数学与应用数学系获得理学学士学位,2013 年在香港城市大学电子工程系获得博士学位。博士毕业后先在美国密歇根大学叶杰平教授团队做博士后,后在美国宾夕法尼亚大学任助理研究员。他的一般研究兴趣是开发新的机器学习和统计算法来解决生物医学应用中的实际问题。目前的研究着眼于利用知识引导的典型相关分析(knowledge-guided canonical correlation analysis)和正则化技术对基因组学和多模态影像数据进行整合分析,进行疾病预测和生物标志物识别。曾在信号处理、机器学习和生物信息学领域的著名期刊(IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing,Medical Image Analysis,Bioinformatics等)和国际会议(ICASSP/ EUSIPCO/MICCAI/ISBI/BIBM/IPMI等)上发表论文 60 余篇(包括10篇一作SCI 期刊论文和11篇一作国际会议论文),其中一项研究成果(利用多任务典型相关分析模型分析大脑多模态影像基因组数据)获得第十二届IEEE国际生物信息学和生物医学会议 (BIBM 2018)最佳论文奖。此外,刘博士还长期担任信号处理、机器学习、生物信息学领域的顶级会议(NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/AAAI/IJCAI/KDD/SDM/MICCAI/BIBM等)和期刊(IEEE TSP/TPAMI/TMI,Pattern Recognition,Medical Image Analysis等)的程序委员会成员(Program Committee Member)和审稿人。
