特任副研究员
个人简介:林海双,男,中国科学技术大学苏州高等研究院特任副研究员,主要从事1) 利用微流控-水凝胶技术进行人多潜能干细胞(hESC和iPSC)的扩增,分化和重编程,组织工程及临床转化研究;2) 利用基因密码子扩展等基因编辑技术对蛋白的定点修饰,调控干细胞/类器官发育分化,减毒活疫苗研发,抗耐药流感病毒新策略研发,及无义突变疾病治疗研究。目前共发表SCI论文35篇,其中以第一/共一作者在Theranostics,Biomaterials, Advanced Healthcare Materials,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Biofabrication, Cell Death & Differentiation, Stem Cell Reports, Biomaterials Science, Vaccines等杂志公开发表SCI论文18篇;谷歌学术总引用1256次,单篇最高引用164次,H-index 为21。担任American Journal of Biomedical and Life Sciences, Scientific Reports等期刊审稿人,及JoVE杂志的Invited Guest editor。
