胡祥龙
特任研究员、博士生导师
胡祥龙博士、中国科学技术大学生物医学工程学院、化学与材料科学学院 特任研究员、博士生导师、创新生物医药与材料课题组负责人。2014年获得中国科学技术大学博士学位 (导师:刘世勇教授);2017-2019年在香港科技大学从事香江学者计划博士后研究 (导师:唐本忠院士);2022年加入中国科学技术大学高分子科学与工程系。
迄今,在J. Am. Chem. Soc. (4篇), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (3篇) 等期刊以第一/通讯作者发表论文50余篇,曾分别被Nature出版社周刊SciBX 专栏评述、入选JACS亮点论文专栏并发文报道、入选德国应用化学VIP论文并被Wiley和Newswise分别发文报道、入选Research期刊2020最佳论文、受邀为Chemistry-A European Journal撰写Concept论文等,SCI论文总引用6300余次,H指数40;长期担任Nat. Chem., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater., Biomaterials等期刊审稿人、担任中国化学会高级会员、中国生物医学工程学会青年委员、广东省精准医学应用学会分子影像分会常务委员、广东省药物手性专委会委员、Asian J. Pharm. Sci.青年编委等;主持多项国家自然科学基金,作为骨干参加一项国家重点研发计划项目;作为主要发明人获授权10余项中国发明专利。
目前,课题组由多学科交叉背景成员组成,如化学、材料、药学、生物、医学等,包含博士后、留学生、博士生和硕士生达数十人,课题组氛围和谐,是一支年轻有活力的科研队伍,欢迎相关方向的有志青年申请特任研究员、特任副研究员、博士后等职位,一起努力,共同进步!

主要研究方向:
i) 功能高分子与光学材料研究,包括生物医用高分子、聚集诱导发光材料等;
ii) 创新生物医药与制剂开发,如聚前药技术、功能蛋白、脂质体等;
iii) 生物医学诊疗方案开发,涉及肿瘤、衰老、疼痛、感染与炎症等;
基于临床与应用需求,重视源头创新,设计构筑新分子与新材料,探索生物医学与材料科学中的关键问题;曾发展了一种“聚前药Polyprodrug”策略,用于高效可控药物递送与疾病诊疗,引发基础研究兴趣与产业关注。
