Dr. Ye is an associate researcher at the Suzhou Institute for Advanced Studies, University of Science and Technology of China. He received a bachelor's degree in Collage of Life Science from Wuhan University in 2013, and a doctoral degree in School of Medicine from Tsinghua University in 2020. Dr. Ye did his postdoctoral research at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Tsinghua University. His research interests include vascularized tissue engineering and the development of large-scale perfusable models. He has published papers in Bioactive Materials, Advanced Healthcare Materials, Advanced Materials, and Nature Communications. He has been granted 2 CN patents.

Research Fields, Achievements and Innovation:
Dr. Ye mainly focuses on interdisciplinary research in organ manufacturing and regenerative medicine. His research involves the design, fabrication, and new neovascularization mechanisms of biomimetic vascular networks using biofabrication techniques. He also works on key scientific and technological issues related to artificial ovary construction, as well as studying the interactions between vascularized tissue cell culture and neuro-vascular-reproductive organs..
